Willis "Moose" Dycus

Willis E. "Moose" Dycus, 74, of Paducah passed away at 8:10 AM Monday, December 9, 2012 at Baptist Health of Paducah. Moose was a retired Truck Driver for 20 years for McBride Mac Sales and 29 years for Pepsi Cola. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Paducah. Moose is survived by four children, Willis Edward “Eddie” Dycus and wife Beth of Paducah, Onna M. Dycus of Paducah, Phillip Dycus and wife Theresa A. of Bowling Green, Shawn Y. Smith and husband Dwayne of Smithland; one step brother; one step sister; 11 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; one niece; one nephew. He was preceded in death by his wife, India M. (Waggoner) Dycus; his parents, Franklin O. Dycus and Mary (Evans) Buhlinger. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, December 12, 2013 at Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah with Bro. Craig Manley officiating. Burial will follow at Birdsville Cemetery in Birdsville, KY. Pallbearers will be Phillip Dycus, Eddie Dycus, Dwayne Smith, Paul Smith, Robert Cole, Bill Harris, Tommy Keeling and Kenny Franklin.
