David C. Paessler Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

David C. Paessler of Kevil passed away at 10:33 PM Thursday, August 15, 2013 at his residence. David was a Service Representative for Pitney-Bowes of Paducah. He was a member of the Lone Oak Church of Christ, West Kentucky Amateur Astronomers-Experimental Aircraft Association, Jackson Purchase Rifle and Pistol Club, Paducah Aeromodelers, and the Photographers Club of Paducah. He is survived by his wife, Janice Carol (Stewart) Paessler of Kevil; two sons, Jeremy Daniel Paessler of Paducah, and Thomas Charles Paessler of Denton, Texas; his mother, Martha Jane (Park) Paessler of Memphis; two brothers, John Clifton Paessler, and wife Karen, of Germantown, Tennessee, and Charles Allan “Sparky” Paessler, and wife Myra, of Johnson City, Tennessee; three nieces, Amy Nicole Cunningham, Leslie Benet’ Crowe, and Sarah Elizabeth Fiedler; three nephews, Brian Clifford Paessler, Richard Craig Paessler, and William Fredrick Fiedler. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Frank Paessler; paternal grandmother, Gwen Paessler Eggerton; paternal grandfather, Charles Herman Paessler; maternal grandfather, David H. “Dick” Park; maternal grandmother, Louie (Joyner) Park; and paternal great-aunt, Frances Paessler. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, August 19, 2013 at Family Funeral Care of Memphis, Tennessee with Rev. Paul Wingfield and Rev. Jamey Boone officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Memphis. Visitation will be held Monday from 12:00 Noon until service time at the funeral home. A memorial service will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at the Lone Oak Church of Christ in Paducah. Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of local arrangements.
