Larry (L.T.) Long, 66, of Paducah died at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday at Lourdes Hospital.

Mr. Long, a U.S. Army Veteran, was a retired machinist from Barber-Green Company of Aurora, IL. He was a member of Destiny Church of Paducah and a member of Disabled American Veterans of Paducah.

He is survived by his wife, Cindy LaMar Long, two daughters, Kayla Long and Vanessa Grubbs, both of Paducah, two brothers, Freddy Long and Jerry Korner, both of Mayfield, one sister, Louise Davis of Paducah, five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a son, Billy Long and one brother.
His parents were Duke Long and Mary Williams Long.

A memorial service will be held at Noon Saturday at Destiny Church of Paducah, located at 990 Berger Rd. with Rev. Leland Hayden officiating.

Friends may call at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the church.

Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
